  • Discover your baseline – what can you do? 
  • Pacing. Less about what you do or how much of it you do, pacing is all about how much you do in one go. We help you figure out: 
    • Your ‘just right’ level of activity 
    • How to put this into practice  
    • How to progress towards the type of activity and lifestyle you want to have 
  • Pilates – We love Pilates as a therapeutic medium. There are so many benefits: 
    • Supervised exercise allows us to assist you directly with pacing 
    • Building core strength helps to support your other joints and muscles, which may be contributing to your pain 
    • Short 2-minute bursts of exercise are reported in research as being well tolerated 
  • Hands on treatment can be useful for treating specific joint or muscle pain that may be aggravated by your Fibromyalgia, or contributing to your pain picture 
  • Home program 
    • Can be as simple as a very short walk 2-3 times per week 
    • Our fab Physitrack app gives reminders and shows you how to do the exercises
